The question breaks into six smaller ones, and each of them has an answer that is either on the operator's own site or conspicuously missing from it.
- A licence number in the footer. With the authority, findable in the register, with the domain in the entry. The route to it.
- The operating company and its seat named. A full company name with an address, not just a brand.
- A cashier page with two lists. Deposits and withdrawals set out separately, with minimum and maximum amounts.
- Bonus terms with numbers. The wagering factor as a number, the maximum stake as an amount, the cap as an amount.
- A withdrawal clause with a deadline. And with a clear starting point for when the clock begins.
- A named complaints body. In the terms under dispute resolution, with a way to reach it.
Three warning signs you see without a register
- Limits without numbers. “A reasonable amount” instead of a sum is a limit you cannot check.
- No way to reach support before signing up. If the chat only opens after registration, the simplest check is missing.
- Terms that are linked nowhere. An offer with no findable set of terms is not an offer, it is a banner.
What says nothing
The age of the brand, the number of games, the size of the bonus and the design of the site. All four can be bought, and none of them has anything to do with whether a withdrawal works.
The check that costs ten minutes
Read the footer, open the register, walk the cashier page in both directions, search the terms for four words, write to support. Do it once and it takes five minutes after that. What a support reply gives away.
Editorial order; the licence column is the factual one.
